To experience a Danish Christmas Bazaar like the one just held at the Danish Lutheran Church in Toronto is a must – and trust me when you have been there once you will want to repeat the experience again and again. Yes, it is crowded – yes, you have to line up just to get in and when you have finally purchased your Open Faced Danish Sandwiches you might have trouble finding a place to sit down and enjoy them. On July 23 2012, my wife, Jenni and I were hiking on the Skyline Trail in the Cape Breton Highlands National Park Of Canada. We met other hikers who were watching the bush where they had seen a moose. I got a lucky still shot of his head as he dashed across our paths, then switched to video and got over 2 minutes of him grazing while calmly ignoring his audience.
